We are honoured to welcome you here. At Everwell Psychology, we combine evidence-informed practices with relational care to help you move toward safety, connection, and meaning in your life. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, identity questions, or simply seeking more ease in your day-to-day life, we walk with you with attention, compassion, and respect for your lived experience.
Our care is designed to honour your story, your rhythm, and your way of being in the world.
Our Areas of Expertise
We support a wide range of concerns with sensitivity, skill, and flexibility.
-
Living in the North brings unique mental wellness experiences shaped by climate, geography, history, and community. We offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care that honours the intersecting realities of Indigenous peoples, settlers, and non-Indigenous individuals. Our work acknowledges colonial histories, intergenerational impacts, and the importance of place, land, and belonging in healing and wellbeing.
-
We support adolescents and adults who identify as neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and Autism. Our approach recognizes the diverse ways neurodivergence can show up across genders, cultures, and identities, including masking and under-recognition in women and marginalized communities. We create space for understanding, validation, and self-acceptance, free from shame or pressure to conform.
-
Trauma can live in the mind, body, and spirit. We work with individuals navigating personal, relational, systemic, and intergenerational trauma, including the ongoing impacts of colonial violence and institutional harm. Through a relational, decolonial lens, we move at your pace, supporting healing that honours safety, agency, and the complexity of your story.
-
We offer a calm, nurturing, and supportive space for women navigating reproductive and life transitions. This includes mental health care during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. Our work honours the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that accompany these stages, supporting nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and a sense of steadiness during times of profound change.
-
Mindfulness and somatic approaches are woven throughout our work. We integrate body-based practices, breath, and awareness to support regulation, presence, and resilience. Our body-positive approach gently challenges harmful norms and invites clients to reconnect with their bodies as sources of wisdom, safety, and strength just as they are.
Who We Are
Everwell Psychology is a relational mental health practice grounded in warmth, presence, and respect. What matters to us most is the person, not a label, diagnosis, or checklist.
As a growing team of psychologists and psychotherapists, we bring together diverse perspectives and strengths while working collaboratively to support your wellbeing. We honour identity, individuality, and lived experience, and we are committed to ongoing learning, humility, and care that meets you where you are.
Although Everwell began with a single clinician, our vision is to grow a reflective, collaborative team who share a commitment to thoughtful, inclusive, and compassionate care.
Resources for Growth & Self-Connection
Beyond therapy, Everwell offers curated tools that you can explore at your own pace. Our eBooks weave psychology with introspection, practical strategies, and invitations to self-reflection. Our guided meditations are crafted for grounding, regulation, and inner calm, accessible whenever you need them.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, build a toolkit for everyday stress, or cultivate emotional resilience, our resources are here to support your journey.
Inclusion, Neurodivergence, & Reconciliation
At Everwell Psychology, inclusion isn’t a buzzword; it’s a practice. We welcome all identities, lived experiences, and ways of being. We are committed to neurodivergent-affirming care, recognizing that thinking, sensing, and relating can look many different ways, and that therapy should reflect you, not a one-size-fits-all model.
We also recognize that we work on lands shaped by deep Indigenous histories, and we strive to engage in reconciliation not just in words but in how we show up. This includes ongoing listening, learning, and partnership with Indigenous communities, growing cultural humility, and honouring diverse ways of knowing, healing, and belonging.
We show up with openness, respect, and intention — because healing is relational and rooted in justice, presence, and mutual respect.
